XOH2系列重工位石化流程泵是在吸收國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的石化泵應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)美國(guó)石油協(xié)會(huì)API610第11版《石油、重化學(xué)和天然氣工業(yè)用離心泵》和API682《離心泵及回轉(zhuǎn)泵軸封系統(tǒng)》設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范，結(jié)合我公司專有技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)的臥式、單級(jí)、單吸離心泵。該泵完全符合OH2泵型特點(diǎn)，殼體為徑向剖分、中心支撐。
XOH2 serial standard petrochemical process pump refers to the horizontal, single-stage and -suction centrifugal pump designed based on absorbing international advanced experience in petrochemical pump application and according to design standards of API610 11th edition of Petroleum, Heavy Chemistry and Natural Gas Industrial Centrifugal Pump and API682 Centrifugal Pump and Drum Pump Shaft Seal System and by combining our company’s proprietary technologies. The casing is radial direction and central support.
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)Structural characteristics:
1、葉輪采用平衡孔加密封環(huán)平衡軸向力，出口直徑80mm以上的泵體設(shè)計(jì)成雙蝸殼平衡徑向力，保證了軸承的使用壽命和軸封處軸的撓度；
Balance pipe and wearing ring balancing axial thrust is adopted for impeller. Double-volute balancing radial force is designed for pump with outlet diameter of above 80mm. Thus, the service life of bearing and axial deflection of shaft seal;
2、軸承架全部為鑄鋼件，泵體和軸承架可采用中間連接段連接，在輸送高溫、高壓、易燃、易爆或強(qiáng)腐蝕性的介質(zhì)時(shí)，中間連接段可采用不同的材質(zhì)，以避免軸承架斷裂或被嚴(yán)重腐蝕。
Bearing support is steel casting. The connecting piece between pump and bearing support is connected. When mediums with high temperature and pressure, combustibility, flammability and strong corrosion are transported, different materials can be used for connecting piece to avoid fracture or severe corrosion of bearing support.
3、按API682標(biāo)準(zhǔn)密封腔設(shè)計(jì)，采用集裝式機(jī)械密封，便于安裝和維修，軸向壓縮量不受任何連接件軸向尺寸影響，無(wú)需調(diào)整。
Packaging-type mechanical seal is adopted according to seal design of API682 standard. It is convenient in installation and maintenance. The axial compression is free of influences of axial dimensions of any connecting pieces. It is not necessary to make adjustment.
4、采用新型非金屬同步甩油環(huán)，潤(rùn)滑更加充分，并減少潤(rùn)滑油污染；配套專用軸承壓蓋，可滿足油霧和油浴潤(rùn)滑的雙重需要。
With new-type non-metal synchronic oil slinger, it is further sufficiently lubricated and pollution of lubricating oil is reduced. With special bearing gland cover, dual requirements of oil mist and bath lubrication can be satisfied.
5、管口按API標(biāo)準(zhǔn)三倍載荷設(shè)計(jì)，采用API標(biāo)準(zhǔn)底座，確保運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)安全、穩(wěn)定、可靠。
Pipe orifice is designed according to API standard triple load. API standard
chassis is adopted to ensure safe, stable and reliable operation.
6、采用40度角接觸軸承，完全符合API610第11版要求。
With 400 angular contact bearing, API610 11th edition’s requirements
can be completely satisfied.
7、選用鍛造增強(qiáng)型剛性軸，符合API610的典型設(shè)計(jì)方案；
With enhancement rigid axle, typical design scheme of AIP610 can be met.
8、加厚殼體設(shè)計(jì)，符合API要求的3mm腐蝕余量。
With thickened casing design, 3mm corrosion allowance required by API can be satisfied.
