According to the transportation requirement of medium with fine
particles, the corrosion resistance is enhanced and its surface hardness
is increased and service life is greatly extended by conducting plasma
nitriding technical treatment for rotor barrel and synchromesh gear.

依靠同步齒輪定位,兩螺桿始終保持恒定間隙,對介質(zhì)適應(yīng)性較強;雙吸結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,介質(zhì)在密封腔內(nèi)的連續(xù)運動和軸向力自平衡可保證大流量輸送時的穩(wěn)定可靠;外置軸承結(jié)構(gòu),可滿足高溫、非潤滑性、高粘度、含細微顆粒等特殊工況的輸送需要。
By relying on synchromesh gear to realize positioning, two screws always
keep constant interval with high butt joint adaptation. With
double-suction structure design, the continuous motion of medium in seal
cavity and self-balancing of axial force can guarantee stable and
reliable transportation of large flow quantity. Outer bearing structure
can satisfy transportation requirements of special working conditions
such as: high temperature, non-lubricating, high viscosity and special
working conditions with fine particles.

采用獨特的動平衡方式,對螺旋套、同步齒輪、聯(lián)軸器及整套轉(zhuǎn)子分別進行動平衡校正,有效減少不平衡徑向力沖擊,使泵運轉(zhuǎn)更穩(wěn)定。
With unique dynamic balancing mode, through dynamic balancing correction
of helical casing, synchromesh gear, coupler and whole set of rotor,
imbalance radial force shock can be effectively reduced to have the pump
run more stably.

裝配全過程采用免沖擊的柔性裝配技術(shù),避免由于裝配引起的,對泵轉(zhuǎn)動部件、特別是精密軸承的損壞;軸與齒輪、軸與聯(lián)軸器之間均采用零間隙、自定心、裝拆方便的柔性定位技術(shù),確保運行平穩(wěn)性、安靜性和動力傳遞的準(zhǔn)確性。
Free-shock flexible assembly technology is adopted during assembling,
the damages to pump’s rotatable parts especially the precision bearing
resulted from assembling will be avoided. By adopting flexible
positioning technique featuring zero clearance, selfcentering and
convenient installation and disassembling between axis and gear and
between that and coupler, the operation
